The Dubai Marina district is soon to host what is touted as the world's tallest residential tower, courtesy of Dubai developer Select Group. Rising to a staggering height of 517 meters, the

122-storey "Six Senses Residences" promises to redefine ultra-luxury living, according to the developer.

With 251 apartments, a skydeck on the 109th floor, and the inclusion of a "longevity clinic," the tower aims to offer a unique living experience. The project's architects, WSP Middle East and Woods Bagot, are tasked with bringing this ambitious vision to life.

Currently, the tower stands at 25% completion, with Select Group aiming for a handover date in 2028. As anticipation builds, Dubai's skyline is set to reach new heights with this remarkable addition. Photo by Ahmad Ardity, Wikimedia commons.
