Visa through a digital investment platform, with a minimum investment of Dh2 million or more. Stake's initiative is the first of its kind in Dubai and allows investors to spread their capital across

multiple prime properties in the city, rather than having to invest in a single property.

The investment would be made through Special Purpose Vehicles registered with the Dubai International Financial Centre. According to Stake co-founder and co-CEO Rami Tabbara, investors' capital would be allocated in ready-to-occupy properties, making it a better alternative to off-plan investments, and generating rental income faster.
